Ir. Prem Kumar is a Registered Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate and was the Past President of the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (ACEM). Ir. Prem Kumar serves BEM as Member for the Examination & Qualification and Engineers Act Committees. Ir. Prem Kumar has more than 30 years of experience in design, contract administration, inspection, testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation/telemetry equipment for various projects in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. His areas of expertise include development of water and sewage treatment plants, dam, water distribution, irrigation and flood control and rehabilitation and upgrading of water and sewerage treatment plants.
