Participation in the BEM Convention 2023 can be canceled with entitlement to a refund. A notification must be sent in written form to the Secretariat by email to bemconvention2023@bem.com.my at least two (2) weeks before the event date. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. A handling fee of RM50.00 will be deducted from the refund sum. In case of cancellation after 9th August 2023, no refunds will be made. Refund requests will be processed within two (2) months after the event only. Refunds will be credited only to the person/entity who paid the original registration. Reimbursement to or for the benefit of third parties is excluded.

A handling fee of RM50.00 will be charged for every name change to an existing participant's registration.
