Ir. Wong See Foong is a registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate as well as a Fellow of the Insitution of Fire Engineer (UK) Malaysia Branch (IFEM). He has been actively involved with BEM and is currently the Chairman of PCE Mechanical Paper. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering fron the University of Malaya (UM). Ir. Wong See Foong is the Chairman of the Jabatan Standard Malaysia's Technical Committee for the drafting of Malaysian standards for fire-fighting systems and equipment and assisted the Fire and Rescue Department in amending the Uniform Building By-Laws in 1984.
