Datuk Ir. Mohd Adnan bin Mohd Noor is the Executive Chairman for RPM Engineers Sdn Bhd. He is a registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate, ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer and corporate member of IEM. He used to be one of the board members and continuously serves BEM as member of National Monitoring Committee. Datuk Ir. Mohd Adnan obtained his BSc (Civil Engineering) from Aston University, UK before pursuing Masters in Drainage and Land Reclamation, Cranfield University, UK. He has a Diploma in Management Science from National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN). Previously he was the Managing Director of Noble Eight (M) Sdn Bhd and Senior Engineer at Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia (JPS) for 15 years. His area of expertise includes; Water Resources Management, Irrigation and Agriculture Drainage, Urban Drainage, Flood Management, River Basin Management and Resource Planning.
