Ir. Sharifah Azlina is part of the top management team responsible for the organization’s operation across all divisions, resources & financial planning to meet current and future work demand. She has over 33 years of design and project management experience both locally and internationally. She has carried out the role of Project Manager and Project Director in various projects undertaken by the firm. She has acquired expertise in project planning and implementation and is capable of regulating and monitoring project performance within its time, budget and allocated resources. She also drives the BIM agenda within the organization.
