Ir. Fam Yew Hin is a registered Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate, ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) and APEC Engineer. He is currently BEM Board Member and leading the Information Technology Committee. He used to serve on BEM Training & Education, Scale of Fees and Examination & Qualification Committees. Ir. Fam Yew Hin graduated with BEng. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Sheffield before completed his Dip FM ACCA. He is a Consulting Engineer and a Director of Wibawa Consultancy Sdn Bhd. His expertise includes Power Generation (Thermal & Renewable), Building Services and Project Management. Amongst major projects he was involved in are Manjung 3 x 700 MW Coal fired Power Plant, Shuaibah IWPP Project, KSA (900MW, 880000m3/day), Banten Coal Fired Power Plant, Indonesia, 42 MW Phung Phu Large Scale Solar PV Project, Vietnam and of Firefighting system, HVAC designation and implementation.
